Each month, the group focuses on a different composer or period of music.

We play excerpts from CDs brought in by group members and discuss research that members have undertaken into the life and times of the composer of the month. So, delve into your music collections, books, and the internet.

In addition, we devote some time each session to listening to favourite music selected by members. Please bring a CD with you and we will try to include your choice.

We hope that members will feel able to contribute to sessions, but the principal objective is to come along, enjoy the music, and hopefully make some new musical discoveries.

New members are always welcome.
