The Shepway and District u3a Festive Lunch for 2025 has been booked for Friday December 5^th at 1 pm at "voco, The Clifton, Folkestone". The menu may be viewed by clicking this link to the Festive Lunch Menu.

There are, as before, 80 places available for members only. A spreadsheet will be available for you to make your choice from the menu and to express seating preferences, once you have booked.  The last date for reservations will be Friday 21^st November.

The meal will cost £31 inclusive of the service charge.

Please book using one of these three methods:

• click the link to the Organiser above, which will bring up a form where you can fill in your name(s), and send it off
• download, print off and fill in the booking form, then hand it in at any Members' Meeting or Coffee Morning
• book directly at Members' Meeting or Coffee Morning by filling out a paper booking form and handing it in

Bookings will close on Friday 21 November 2025 and the organiser will then arrange for the restaurant to accommodate the number booked.

We cannot take late bookings because that upsets this arrangement.

If you have been told by the organiser that you have been successful with your booking, then payment can be made by bank transfer through your bank's website or at a branch. Please identify the event as Xmas Lunch, including your U3A membership number as the reference.

Payment in cash, by cheque, or by credit card can be made as usual at Coffee Mornings, or Members' Meetings.
